Offers and prices

Every engagement is a defined piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price agreed before anything starts. No hourly rate card, no open-ended retainers. Prices below are the starting point for the scope described — the exact number depends on your URL count, market count and how much of your data already exists.

How the money works

Nothing here is designed to trap you in a contract. The commercial terms are short enough to read in full:

  • Projects: 50 per cent on signature, 50 per cent on delivery.
  • Retainers: invoiced monthly in advance, three-month minimum, then rolling with 30 days' notice either way.
  • Unused retainer hours roll over once, then expire. They are not a bank.
  • Payment terms: 14 days. International invoices in EUR or USD with reverse-charge VAT wording where it applies.
  • Discounts exist for exactly two things: a written case study, or a referral that closes. Not for "we are small".

Which one do you need?

Most engagements start with an audit, because guessing is expensive. But not always:

  • You have no idea why traffic is flat. Tier-1 or Tier-2 audit, depending on market count.
  • You know what is wrong and need someone to steer the fix. Advisory retainer.
  • You are launching in a new country in the next quarter. Market-entry sprint.
  • Your content is good and nobody links to it. Link-building sprint.
  • Your team spends half its week on reporting and briefs. Automation build.
  • You are an agency and need the international work done behind your brand. Fractional lead.

If you are unsure, the discovery call sorts it out in thirty minutes, and I will say so if the honest answer is that you do not need me yet.

Prices by market

The list above is the international rate. Buyers in Spain and Latin America are quoted at 80 to 90 per cent of it, with a floor of €900 for a Tier-1 audit and €550 a month for a retainer. Polish clients are quoted in PLN at the equivalent value. Pricing never depends on how much I think you can pay — only on the scope and the market rate.

Who I do not work with

I hold a full-time role at ALK-Abelló. To keep that relationship clean I do not take clients in allergy immunotherapy, companies competing with ALK-Abelló, or vendors serving them. That exclusion is written into my terms so both sides can point at it in writing. Client data, tooling and accounts are kept entirely separate, and all consulting happens outside working hours.
